Juz, para and sipara, explained.
The Quran has 30 juz of about the same length. In Urdu, Bangla and Hindi a juz is called a para or sipara, so "which para is Surah Kahf in" and "which juz is Surah Kahf in" ask the same thing: Surah Al-Kahf is in juz 15 and 16, with ayat 1 to 74 in juz 15 and 75 to 110 in juz 16. The division exists for reading, so it often cuts through the middle of a surah.
Each juz has two hizb, so there are 60 hizb, and each hizb is split into quarters (rub al-hizb), 240 in all. The 604-page Madinah mushaf gives each juz about 20 pages, which is why many people read one juz a day in Ramadan to finish the whole Quran in the month.
Why some lists show slightly different starting points
The names of the juz are their opening words, and they are best known in South Asia. The 15-line mushaf printed there starts six juz a few ayat earlier or later than the Madinah mushaf: juz 4, 7, 11, 20, 21 and 23. This page follows the Madinah mushaf and notes the difference on those juz pages.
