Guide

How to read this lesson.

A fatha before alif, a kasra before a sukun ya, and a damma before a sukun waw make a long vowel, held for two counts.

Work through the grid from right to left, row by row, saying each cell aloud. When you can read a cell without looking at the transliteration, mark it as known. Repeat the lesson the next day before moving on.
