Short answer
No. Selling alcohol, pork, lottery tickets or other things whose main use is haram is not permitted, even to non-Muslim customers, and the profit from them is unlawful. A store owner should stop these sales and give away the profit already earned from them. Goods that have lawful uses may be sold.
Selling alcohol and pork is haram, and such a sale is void for a Muslim, as they have no lawful value for him. Selling lottery tickets is helping in gambling. Profit from these sales must be given to the poor without the intention of reward. Selling something mainly used lawfully is permitted, and selling it to someone you know will use it for sin is makruh.
The four schools agree on this.
Explanation
In the year of the conquest of Makkah the Prophet ﷺ announced that Allah and His Messenger had forbidden the sale of wine, dead animals, pigs and idols. He also said that when Allah forbids a people to eat something, He forbids them its price. The money from selling what is haram is itself unlawful.
Many Muslim-owned gas stations, corner shops and convenience stores in the US and UK face this, and the fear is real: beer, wine and lottery tickets bring in customers. The answer is still the same. Replace them with other lines, build on halal products and services, and trust that Allah provides for those who fear Him (65:2 to 3).
Things that are fine to sell, or that need care:
- Dual-use goods, such as knives, phones, clothes or grapes, may be sold, since their main use is lawful.
- Selling to someone you know will use the item for sin, such as grapes to a winemaker, is makruh.
- Cigarettes: many Hanafi muftis permit selling them, since they hold smoking to be makruh rather than haram, though some scholars hold smoking haram.
- Renting part of your store to another business, or leasing a building, raises separate questions; ask a mufti.
If you have been selling these items, stop, repent, and work out as best you can the profit made from them, then give it to the poor without the intention of reward. Do not sell remaining alcohol stock; pour it away. Return lottery terminals and tickets to the supplier. The four schools agree that selling alcohol and pork is haram. Ask a mufti about your own case. This answer explains the general ruling. When the details of your situation matter, as they do here, ask a qualified mufti and give them the full facts. Where to ask a scholar.

Quran, Surah Al-Maaida 5:2
O you who have believed, do not violate the rites of Allah or [the sanctity of] the sacred month or [neglect the marking of] the sacrificial animals and garlanding [them] or [violate the safety of] those coming to the Sacred House seeking bounty from their Lord and [His] approval. But when you come out of ihram, then [you may] hunt. And do not let the hatred of a people for having obstructed you from al-Masjid al-Haram lead you to transgress. And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.
Selling what others use to sin is helping in sin.
Quran, Surah Al-Maaida 5:90
O you who have believed, indeed, intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone alters [to other than Allah], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful.
Alcohol and gambling are both named.
