بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

Dua before eating, and if you forget.
The Prophet ﷺ taught that saying Allah's name over food brings blessing to it and keeps Satan away from it.
Dua 2
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَوَّلَهُ وَآخِرَهُ
Bismillāhi awwalahū wa ākhirah
In the name of Allah, at its beginning and its end. (If you forgot to say Bismillah at the start.)
